I buy the wireless microphone battery, a 9 volt direct current battery, while i am in fall in line to wait my turn number 54 customer of the said hardware, i wonder because the establishment stop their service for a moment, lately i discovered that one of the customers son were collapsed, because of that i immediately help him, i try to massage his hand, and he fell the reflexes i did. I said to him do not bow your head, strive to recover in your mind, while some employee of that hardware give the additional first aid to that person, they give lukewarm water to drink and some smelling liquid to his nose, after one minute the person were able to recover!!! The lesson is, every one should know how to apply first aid in the emergency situation...my name is Henry Ayonon

I like to watch the dance show, in the Philippines i have watch many dance show, the Philippine dance is very nice to watch with the original music created by the Pilipino artist. During my school days in the year 1985, i started watching Pilipino dance presentation, particularly at Mindanao Philippines in south Cotabato area. In Philippines, There are many dance culture and dance tradition with respect to the Philippine island and its culture, actually there are more than seven thousand islands in the Philippine country, and many of its island has its culture and tradition!!!
I was invited by my friend roque to go with him at Marekina River bank for jogging purpose. Well, speaking of the Marekina river bank is a nice place if you want a safe and nice jogging lane, the lane is wide and the environment is almost perfect to the person who want to practice jogging. T here are many kind of dog i seen in manila, as i observe every breed of dog has its own character and every kind of dog has its own beauty. as for me, my most loyal dog in the Philippines is they call it asong askal or Philippine popular dog, it follow me every time i go to the farm, i like it because it can able to get wild chicken in the forest, rat, wild cat, and wild pig in the forest.
One time my brother is working in our barangay as a health worker. Actually our health worker help a lot in our community, and i like their community service, they give free medicine to the person that can not afford to buy medicine.

Last april we went to Baguio city Philippines, we ride in the bus from Manila to baguio with roki, joe, and henry, while the victory bus is running to the 30 degree angle road for almost 45 minutes going up, i take a video using the sanyo camera, it took me 45 minutes to cover going up, the road is zigzag and the view outside is very nice, the view has many tree and beautiful houses, the mountain is very high... oh what a wonderful Baguio, i dream it last 1997, and i reach it last april 2013 and that is a holy week day, and after we step down to the victory liner bus, we have seen many big trees, beautiful hotels and beautiful buildings, we walk for 15 minutes and we reach the beautiful Burnhum park at about 5:30 pm, the park is very full of different race of people from other countries, the park has a body of water at the center, the body of water is about a 1 hectar with many beautiful boats in it.
